Dave did a magnificent job in all phases of the sale of this property! This saie initiated as a cold call from Dave asking if I wanted to sell my lot in Grande Vista Bay. He informed me on the initial call that he had a potential buyer. Dave provided a great overview on the realities of the market for lakefront property in the Knoxville area. After several discussions and negotiations Dave had with the buyer and me, we were able to arrive at an equitable price for both the buyer and me. He was excellent in keeping me informed throughout this process on what would be reasonable pricing given what I wanted out of the sale and the limits the buyer had. As part of this sale, there were certain variances that the buyers had to have from TVA in order for the sale to go through. Through a lot of discussions and meetings with the POA for Grande Vista Bay and multiple TVA representatives, he was able to secure the variances for the buyer. When it was time for doing the closing, Dave enlisted the efforts of Vanessa Hirschhorn of Crown Title. She was excellent as well. She was very concise and prompt in sending the paperwork and updating us on the status as we went through the 6 changes to the closure date. I highly recommend her as well. The bottom line is that Dave did a terrific job in contract negotiation, working with TVA and establishing the framework in conjunction with Vanessa for the final closing. All of this was complicated by having both the buyers and sellers remote. A lot of thanks to Dave and Vanessa for their diligence and comprehensive work efforts in completing this sale. It certainly was an enjoyable sales experience as the seller.

My husband and I were moving from Alabama to Knoxville TN. We hadn’t had the best luck in finding a home and I wanted to see a different realtor our realtor from Alabama put us in contact with an office in Knoxville. We meant with Dave and we instantly clicked and instead getting “No!” Everytime I asked a question his reply was “we will find you a house that’s right for your family!” He went above and beyond having a toddler and expecting. He gave us names of daycares and doctors and did research for me for the best places for our kids. He found us the best home and the best area for our children. We loved working with him and he got us the best deal and really genuinely cared about our needs as his clients. I highly recommend him! He will not disappoint you!

Dave is an incredible Realtor and takes splendid care of all his clientele. I highly recommend. Have had the honor of closing for him many times over.

I will use Dave Corum again and again. He was the sellers agents at the time of our transaction but he made us feel like the buyers agent. At a time when most agents are so busy that its hard to get a simple call back, he made contact even when he was on vacation. He is #1 in my book. Thanks

AMAZING! Was willing to work with us for over 2 years and moving cross country plus retirement. He truly took us under his wing and made sure anything we saw met our needs with school age children and family. So happy we were told about Dave he has your best interest at heart, always returns your calls, is willing to show you the ropes for the area you are looking and he's REAL won't waste your time or push the boundaries your not comfortable crossing. Dave Corum helped me with the process of selling my parents’ and aunt’s jointly owned property after they all had passed away. Many people told us we would have to get several realtors to get the job done. Dave was completely awesome!! Not only was he able to show us anything we wanted no matter when, or how far he had to drive between places, but he was very knowledgeable about multiple areas. He was a Great negotiator. We needed a lot of help and had many questions as we were out of state. Dave never hesitated! He found answers and help for everything! His only fault is he works to hard! We can not say enough about Dave. We were relocating from out of state and new exactly what we wanted but had no idea where to even look. People told us we would have to get many different realtors in order to look everywhere we wanted to. Dave did it all! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked and if he didn’t know the answer, he searched it out for us. Since we lived in Michigan it was hard for us to coordinate help for everything we needed done. Dave was instrumental in helping us from the tiniest of things to the biggest of things. WoW! Yes, this is the word that came to my mind after closing on my property just yesterday. Dave Corum is my hero, yes that he is for me personally now. After trying for years and listing with numerous agents...on the market - off the market..... Dave sold my property in 62 days!! I have bought several homes over the years, and Dave is by far the best realtor that I've had the pleasure of working with! He was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable. I told Dave what kind of home I was looking for and he worked extremely hard to find the right fit for me and my family. You probably don't see too many reviews for a realtor from the buyer in the transaction but this is one of them. I represented myself in a fairly small real estate purchase where Dave represented the sellers. Dave was professional, incredibly speedy in gathering information from the sellers and treated this transaction(s) as if it was a multi-million dollar deal. Dave went out of his way to meet me in an Applebees parking lot at 9pm at night so that contracts could be signed. It was also during a UT football game (ha!). I never felt that Dave pressuring me at all for a decision which was refreshing as my last TN real estate purchase was a disaster. The paperwork was completed quickly, accurately and made for a very speedy closing. I will say this, if I need a realtor in the Knoxville area, Dave will be my guy and again this is coming from the buyer. I can't recommend Dave highly enough.
