As a first time home buyer, this process was daunting. Dave helped me to navigate the waters of an already tricky market where there was more demand than supply and helped me get the home I loved. He was very knowledgeable during the whole process and used all resources at his disposal to help me when making offers on houses.

Dave Corum’s attention to details exceeded our expectations and that kind of focus really made the difference. He was always available to us night and day to answer our questions or concerns. Dave worked tirelessly and always had a positive attitude. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

Dave helped me search and buy a house in Tennessee. He was so patient and kind and helpful. He listen to what i want in a house and offered great output. He followed up always in contact and update regularly on the process. Dave is outstanding ! My client was a judgment creditor of a deceased landowner. Dave was hired by the estate administrator to sell several parcels of property to satisfy our judgment. I watched Dave, because of the nature of the work, face many obstacles (which were not of his own making) that would have stalled-out many, many real estate sales professions. Not Dave. He was like a dog-on-a-bone. He was able to get the highest and best price for the estate. If I had property to sell, I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Dave rocks !!
